Road Closure

 Between 09:30 and 15:00 (Daily) from Monday, 2^nd March to Thursday, 5^th March 2026 & Monday, 9^th March to Friday, 20^th March 2026; or, until completion of the works within this period

Up Holland, Ormskirk Road & Dingle Road 

between 09:30 and 15:00 (Daily) on Friday, 6^th March 2026, and from Monday, 23^rd March to Friday, 27^th March 2026;

Up Holland, Parliament Street will be closed to allow for carriageway resurfacing works to take place

During the closures services will divert as follows Service 312 will divert via Stannought Road (A577), Ravenhead Way, then onto Chequer Lane to resume route

Reverse Journey, Reverse Route by using Pimbo Junction on Stannought Road to turn round and continue

Service 311 during the Ormskirk Road / Dingle Road closure from Standish will divert from College Road via Grove Road, Parliament Street, School Lane, Orrell Road, M58, Stannaught Road, then onto Grimshaw Road to resume route

Ronaldsway - Holme Slack estate

08:00 on Monday, 16^th March 2026 to 17:00 on Friday, 20^th March 2026;

or, until completion of the works within this period

Preston, Ronaldsway will be closed to allow for essential utility works to take place

During the closure, Service 48 from Fulwood will divert right from Eastway onto Watling Street Road, Sir Tom Finney Way, Blackpool Road, Primrose Road, Holme Slack Lane to the Turning Circle, then back to Primrose Road and onto St Gregory Road to resume route

Reverse Journey, Reverse Route 

Bus stops on Cromwell Road and Ronaldsway will not be served by this service

Customers are advised to catch the bus on Watling Street Road (by Clifton House) and Holme Slack Lane
