Change vouchers
From Monday 02nd September, it has been decided that Change Vouchers will no longer be offered to our customers.
Why are we making this change?
Change vouchers were originally introduced when we operated an “exact fare” system, in order to ensure customers weren’t left out of pocket when they had to over-pay.
Since we started offering change to customers in 2021, the number of change vouchers being issued has reduced significantly, and in order to simplify the customer proposition, these will now be removed completely.
What if you don’t have the exact change?
There are a number of other ways to pay.
We have a number of ways to pay on board, you can pay by contactless or Tap and Go Click here for a link to our tap&go page, or even purchase a mobile ticket on our app available for download from your app store.
