To support and deputise for the Engineering Manager to manage all aspects of engineering performance in the depot, including Health & Safety, fleet planning and environmental management, delivering excellent customer experience, while managing a governance agenda that supports legislative and policy compliance.

Engage frontline colleagues through effective communication, active listening and recognition

The AEM will ensure that standard policies and procedures are adopted within the depot.

The AEM will ensure that the daily Run in/Run out process is supported with effective allocation of resources.

We are looking for experienced CVRM HGV Technician to join our team at Preston. We carry out work on Van and Agricultural machinery as well.

  • Hourly rate of up to £20 per hour depending on experience.
  • Working time: 11:30am till 8:00pm shift and also a 12:00pm till 10:00pm shift
  • Career progression – If you have ambitions of progressing on to a supervisory or management role, opportunities can be made available at any of our North West depots.
