Stagecoach Completes The
Acquisition of Preston Bus

Stagecoach is pleased to announce the acquisition of Preston Bus with effect from Friday 23rd January 2009, following approval by the Employee Shareholders on 22nd January. All former Preston Bus services are continuing to operate as normal.
